We only ship via the US Post Office for Canada and International as well as Priority Mail and Next Day for the USA.
Free shipping is only in the US including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
All delivery time are according to the US Post Office schedule.
All delivery time to Canada and International are NOT GUARANTEED by the US Post Office or Kendra’s Closet, they are approximate. If package is not delivered according to the schedule there is no refund for shipping charges.
All US Express and Priority delivery requests must be purchased and paid by 11 AM PST. If purchased after, the item will be shipped the next business day.

We love to serve our clients with the best possible quality. If for any reason you wish to return the item, we will accept your returns however:
All returns must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving it.
You must include in the return package a copy of the invoice.
Shipping to return the item will be the buyer responsibility, no refund.
All items returned must be in its original packaging, if anything is missing, broken or not as received we will discount 75% from the refund.
Shipping charges will not be refunded, as for the free shipping we will discount $4.99 per item from your refund.
No return or exchange for any outfit that has a bottom, and that includes but not limited to All Swimsuits, Panties, Etc....
No return or exchange for all adult novelties, lubes and lotions.
No return will be accepted for any Halloween costume bought between October 20 and October 31.
Exchange for different size or a different item of the same value or more is accepted; however the buyer will be charged $9.99 for standard shipping. If priority or next day is requested then the charges will be higher. Exchanged item will be shipped once shipping payment is received.
